Printer
With Canon's latest print engine technology, the MPC400 produces high-resolution, photo-quality (2400 x 1200 dpi) printouts at an amazing 17 ppm (mono) or 12ppm (colour). For colour output, Canon's advanced Microfine Droplet Technology creates tiny ink droplets, which guarantee fine detail and excellent tonal reproduction. The easy-to-change single ink cartridges allow users to replace only the colours, which are empty, therefore to save money.

Scanner
Canon's flatbed scanner technology is conveniently incorporated into the MPC400's compact and attractive design. The optical scanner resolution is 600 x 1200 dpi and can be enhanced up to 9600 dpi. Flatbed scanning means that even large books can be scanned with ease.
